At Midnight Sun Elegance, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Policy
Please read our detailed outline of our policies before placing your order. Once you have committed to placing an order you are entering into a mutual agreement that tells us you have read and understood each section.
We are a small business so please allow 14-21 days for the creation of your custom piece before shipping.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Repair Policy
We offer free repairs of our pieces within 7 days of receipt. Please mail the piece to our studio using a padded envelope or box (no paper shipping, please). We are not responsible the loss of any of our returned pieces due to shipping.
When shipping a repair to us, please enclose the following:
– the piece requiring repairs
– the original packaging from our studio
– your order confirmation
– your contact information, including your full return address
We will do our best to return your repaired piece within 3-4 weeks.
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests.

Payment
We currently accept payments by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debitcard.
Paypal is easy to use and can be linked to your bank account or credit card.
Midnight Sun Elegance and Paypal use SSL encryption to protect the transfer of your personal data. The presence of SSL is indicated by a small padlock icon in the url bar of your web browser.ds

Taxes
No tax is charged for Canada.
Please be aware of your country’s import policies before committing to a purchase. Any customs charges, taxes or duties levied upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are in no way controlled by, or the responsibility of Midnight Sun Elegance.
