Midnight Sun Elegance accepts custom orders. However, wait times can be over a month due to the fact that there may already be an extensive list. Please contact me for wait time estimates.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges
Repairs
Repairs for jewelry will be done for reasonable issues within a reasonable timeframe. If you have lost an item, please contact me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use the ‘contact’ tab to let us know of any issues.
Care and Maintenance
Please keep in mind that Midnight Sun Elegance products feature natural materials. For quills, keep the items separate if you travel with them as the quills can be sensitive to bending. We recommend keeping items dry and minimizing touching the beads as the oil from our hands can wear on the finishes. For hide and dyed tufted items, store out of direct sunlight.
